The star has launched a surprise album entitled Homecoming , which coincides with the release of his highly anticipated documentary on Netflix, of the same name. The live album was recorded when she was headlining the Coachella festival in 2018.
The superstar tweeted a photo of the album cover with a link to her website and the words “HOMECOMING out now “. The Post has collected more than 56,000 retweets and more than 139,000 ” likes ” at the time of publication.
Homecoming: The Live Album contains 40 songs, including Crazy in Love and Formation , performed live at the Coachella Festival in 2018. It was originally scheduled to hit the stage in 2017, but had to postpone participation due to pregnancy.
The disc includes two bonus tracks in addition to the live performance. One can notably listen to a studio cover of Before I Let Go , played by Frankie Beverly and Maze in 1981 and taken over by Destiny’s Child in 1997. The recording is also heard in the end credits of the documentary Netflix. The song I Been On was also recorded for the album.
